Have you ever taken car parts from the side of the road?

Recently I've been coming across quite a lot of front lips that have been knocked off of cars, and I keep meaning to pick one up in case I can get it to fit and not look stupid. So that got me wondering if any of you have used or are currently using road debris on your cars?
